This workshop is meant for South Asian daughter in laws, daughters and all women who want to learn about Mindfulness principles for healthier family relationships.
This workshop is meant as an honest discussion about navigating relationships with your in law family. Expectations are high for women when they get married but they are not always given the tools on how to meet those expectations and there is no safe and unbiased space for women to share their concerns in our South Asian circles.
This workshop will touch on issues of respect, shame, self care and conflict resolution through a lens of mindfulness principles.
Based on her professional and personal experience, Parmjit will discuss 10 rules that she has developed for cultivating healthy relationship using mindfulness.
