Soch and Registered Psychotherapist, Tajman Grewal, invite the South Asian community to share their experiences and perspectives on coping with the unique intergenerational trauma they experience as a result of their heritage.
This event will discuss the impact of the Kisaan protests in India on our mental health, the legacy of oppression on our well being, and using our voices during times of injustice. The images that we see are upsetting and can re-open old emotional scars.
Join us for a discussion on social injustice, intergenerational trauma and ways to support the Kisaans while taking care of your own mental health.
We encourage you to attend this event with your family. The discussion will occur in Punjabi and English.
