Taraki and SOCH mental health both works alongside Punjabi communities to reshape approaches to mental health. Every month, Taraki run a forum in London and Birmingham, in the UK, for Punjabi men to express themselves in a safe, secure and non-judgemental space.

This is an opportunity to be involved with something similar here in Brampton.

This month’s forum will involve learning about Taraki and the work in the UK as well as brainstorming how we can continue such work here in Canada. You will get to meet like-minded people, learn together and build community.
