An interactive fun fitness class geared towards the health and wellness of seniors.

About this event

On Saturday June 19th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST and 3:00 – 4:00 PM UK time come and join the SOCH Seniors Mental Health Team and Sharon Dosanjh to kick off your weekend with an fun seniors friendly fitness class-Sitness! Sitness is fitness but from the comfort of your chair!

Sharon is a nutrition coach and personal trainer from the UK. She will guide everyone through simple exercises that are easy to follow. The class will take place while seated making it suitable for seniors and their loved ones of all ages. The goal is to make you smile and show how you can add simple moves into your daily lifestyle!

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle or glass of water. We can’t wait to see you work it!
