On February 27th, 2021, SOCH is having a Self-Care workshop! Let’s make your mental health a priority.

About this Event

On February 27th, 2021, SOCH is bringing together the community and holding a self-care workshop lead by Bani Ahuja.

Self-care involves nourishing your mind, body and soul. While self-care does involve doing things you love, it also involves recognizing factors in our lives that are not working for us or can be changed. Self-care is physical, emotional and spiritual. It also spans our social, vocational and even intellectual lives. Join us for this workshop that explores how you can better your relationship with yourself, and find more meaning in your days. Requirements for the workshop: a pen, a notebook and an open mind.

We as a community should be encouraged to learn more about the importance of self-care and find ways to apply the six domains of self-care. Mental illness affects everyone and knows no boundaries, we should all be comfortable seeking help when needed.
