The focus of this virtual workshop is to explore how parents and caregivers have been coping with the mental health implications of having to care for someone with an autism diagnosis. This workshop will explore healthy and unhealthy coping strategies.

Core themes of this workshop may include perceptions of self-care in the South Asian community, family boundaries, and communication, & societal perceptions of gender-related caregiver roles.
